The First Financial Bank website online conversion rate for opening account online was low. This gave us an opportunity to dive deeper into the why and understand what we can do to enhance the experience for our customers.
Goal
Improve shopping experience of checking accounts on mobile
Problem Statement
The chart on the checking account page shows only one account at a time, making comparing accounts difficult. 
Solution
The user can view up to 3 accounts at a time for comparing checking accounts. The layout of the page was reorganized based on how users 
perceive account information. 

Impact
Increase in 20% of new checking accounts opened online
